Hairmotion.com Web Order Instructions & Steps

::::: IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ FIRST :::::

Hairmotion.com is wholesale company. Only approved wholesale account customers can place orders with us. If you have already registered and have been approved from our previous site, please login first. If you are a business owner and have a valid Tax ID, you can click here to register and apply for a wholesale account. After applying, we will notify you via email with approval for wholesale status.***Not responsible for errors. All prices subject to change without notice.***

 

After logging in as a wholesale customer, follow the steps below;

Step 1 - You can now see the pricing on all products and be able to add the items to the shopping cart. (after adding each item to the shopping cart - you have the option to view the cart or stay on the product detail page.)


Step 2 - After adding all the items to the shopping cart - go to the shopping cart and click on the yellow checkout button. Please note, there is a $300 minimum for all UPS and Pick-up orders. You must order items in wholesale quantities.


Step 3 - Checkout page is one page with tab sections

  • Tab 1 - To modify your billing address, please contact our customer service department at 718-626-4247 (HAIR).
  • Tab 2 - Shipping Address - Your shipping address is currently set as the default billing address on file, to ship to a new address, please contact our customer service department at 718-626-4247-(HAIR).
  • Tab 3 - Shipping methods - Select UPS or store pick up. For UPS, shipping amount will be calculated after the order is placed and we will notify you in advance before it is processed and shipped. For local customers who choose store pick up, please use the order comment box on Tab 4 to let us know when you would like to pick up your order during our store hours.
  • Tab 4 - Payments & Other Informations - Here you can give us your Purchase Order Number(optional), any comments or questions about the order and last select type of payment. Type of Payment - regardless of which payment type you select, we will use pre-arranged payment type/method to process your order. If you would like more information on other payment types, please contact our sales department.
  • Click on "Place Order" to complete the online order. It should take you to the next page with confirmation and order details. Keep your "Order Code" for online order status or you can always login to your account and go to my account.


Setp 4 - Once order is placed you should receive an order confirmation via email. All orders will be reviewed by our sale department for accuracy in price and available quantities. Once all order items are checked, you will receive another email with any updates in prices or availability of products.


Please note, the order confirmation is for reference only. It does not reflect back orders, shortages, or price adjustments and is only used to verify items and quantities. You will receive an official Hair Motion Int'l Corp invoice with your shipment.


Step 5 - Once your order is confirmed, you will receive another notice with final shipping rate and if any prepayment is due.


Step 6 - When the order is shipped, you will receive a ship notification email or ready for pick up notice on store pick-up orders.


If you wish to pick-up your online order on the weekend at out storefront, you must place your order by Friday 3pm.
